ADACHI TOMOMI - SOLO with Voice and selfmade instruments

SU-EN is a choreographer, dancer and performance artist, whose research of the living body takes her sometimes into extreme situations. Her work varies from refined choreographed pieces for dance festivals to raw performance solo work, big site-specific events and film. She will present: SLICE...Hanging, breathing from the shoulder and
downwards, the dance of the ribs, a naked soldier, a visceral walk...

Hans Sternudd work under the cover of THE BELACQUA PROJECT (TBP). This project has been around since 1992 and has until now performed 103 actions (action art, events etc.) in art spaces, streets, rock festivals etc.. "four minutes - painting by numbers" is an action in the tradition of the tachism; body, sound and action becomes one unity - in a clarifying moment, the moment of death. Painting as a sacrifice and four minutes is the time it takes to die. TBP doesn't know where to go, but is always fighting on YOUR side.

PREPARING AND SERVING OUR TEA TIME
Body is the material which is very close to our consciousness and which we always concern with. If I cut my body, I feel pain. Hurting my body harder, it may result my death. My body seems to be tided with my consciousness, but it sometimes act out of control. It is so troublesome material.

Adachi Tomomi
Recently, he is focusing his activities on solo performance (with voice, computer, self-made instruments), sound poetry (especially to the unknown great Japanese sound poetry tradition), video (live performance and fixed work) and workshop style big ensemble with non-professional voice and instruments performer.
